All Workouts are 30 minutes, and include a coach.  Please, always arrive 40 minutes before closing time.

                  Zumba Circuit (30 minutes)*

                         Zumba circuits encourage Endurance Muscle tissue growth.  These workouts consist of 1 minute on each machine, 1 minute Zumba, and one time around the circuit.

                   *  Open to Non Members for $6; 1st timers must setup a One Time orientation

Email us, CurvesEdgewater@comcast.net,  times that you would routinely attend.  As our membership grows, we will extend our hours.  All our workouts are Coached to ensure they are safe, fun, & effective.  The Goal is  30' on our circuit weekly, to keep muscle tissue developing.

                         Our policy, if CPS (Chicago Public Schools) close due to dangerous weather conditions, then we close, too.
